Congrats on becoming a Volunteer Leader, thank you for stepping into the next arena!


Couple of things BEFORE you get started:

  • Your Roll Call password does NOT change (just the email you use to login)
    • You SHOULD still be able to get into Roll Call with your TR email and original password
  • If you use Outlook yourself (personal/work life), please either logout OR use an incognito window to avoid conflict
    • You can make your Outlook password match your Roll Call password if it's easier
    • If asked, you always want business (not home) outlook
  • Setup your Outlook account BEFORE you try and go to EMS, Sharepoint, or other Microsoft/Azure applications


You should have an email titled "Your TR Email Address is Ready!"

  • Check your Spam and Trash folders for an email from TR Provisionator.
  • This will have your login instructions and temporary password for Outlook. 



1. Go to outlook.com

  • Select the Login button, it will redirect you an Outlook screen like this:




2. Enter your TR email address, select Next

  • you should be redirected to a TR branded login screen asking for your password



3. Enter your temporary password (from the email titled "Your TR Email Address is Ready!"), select Sign in




4. Microsoft will then require you to setup the multi-factor authorization for better security, select Next

 



5. Fill in the required information and choose how you would like to be contacted, select Next





6. Once you have received the text or call verification, select Done


 



7.  Change your temporary password to one you will remember, select Sign in

  • copy/paste temporary password (first line)
  • enter new password (second line)
  • re-enter/confirm new password (third line)





8. Select Verify at the end of your phone number line to verify it's you.

9. Once your phone number is verified, select finish.  (you do NOT need to add an authentication email unless you would like)

When to file a Help Desk Ticket:

  • If you can't find the "Your TR Email Address is Ready!" email and have checked your SPAM and Trash folders
  • You are getting an error when logging in (please include screenshots!)
